Can I ship my tickets to a different address than my billing address?
To help prevent fraud, tickets can only be shipped to the credit card billing address. If you are not at this address to sign for the tickets a notice will be left and you will be able to pick them up at your local post office. If you do not receive your ticket by the last weekday prior to the event, please contact customer support. Shipped tickets which are refused by the recipient, returned to sender, or unused for any reason are not grounds for a refund, per the terms of purchase.
