Events are settled on the Wednesday following one week after your event, which is the designated period for customer service requests.
We now offer ACH payments! Your event settlement can be deposited directly into the bank account on your profile. To sign up for ACH Deposits please go to the User Information portion of your profile and fill out the Account Deposit fields with your account info. If you are editing existing information you will be prompted to submit this information via our secure User Information Update Request Form which will be sent to your rep to update on your behalf.
For clients not enrolled in our ACH system, Checks are sent via Canada Post, and delivery is expected within 2-9 business days.
We also now offer the PayPal checkout option. To activate PayPal as your processor please contact your ales representative or call 866.824.8212 and we will assist you with linking the event to your personal or business PayPal account where you will receive the funds as tickets are sold.
We also support independent merchant accounts for promoters who wish to process sales through their own credit card processor. Using a gateway account to connect sales on our site with your merchant account, you will receive batch payments as tickets are sold.
