How do I cancel or postpone my event?

If your event is canceled or postponed, please let our client support department know online, or give us a call: 855.969.9663. We will notify customers on your behalf and issue refunds where applicable.  Please refer to the "event" agreement for more information on our refund policies.  You can find the agreement by logging into your client profile at Ticketzone.com and clicking the "Agreements" tab in the menu at the top of the page.
