You have three options for running your will call the date of the event: our web-based box office software, a traditional paper list, or a data file for third party admissions systems. To access these options - log into your client account and click the "Will Call" button at the top of the event page.
WEB-BASED BOX OFFICE
By using our free web-based box office, you can give your customers an unbelievably fast experience at your event and save yourself the headache of a long, slow will call. Using a credit card swiper and your own computer, you can bring up will call orders in seconds, without having to bother with a paper list. The web-based box office also allows you to scan tickets at the door, or run new cash or credit card sales, giving anyone with an internet connection the same technology used at clubs and large festivals.

The will call can be downloaded as a .PDF file you can print for a traditional paper list. The paper list option on the will call screen will be grayed out until the event is no longer active. When ticket sales have ended you will be able to click the paper list option and download the file. You can manually stop sales and change the event status to "pending settlement" by clicking the green "active" link in the menu at the top of the event page.
The paper list will have each customers first and last name, as well as the number of tickets they purchased, the last four digits of their credit card, and a space for them to sign (confirming they received their order). It is critical to prevent fraud and subsequent chargebacks that you verify that the credit card and ID presented at will call match the information on your list. Customers may bring a photocopy of the front of the credit card and a photocopy of the cardholder's ID if someone purchased the tickets for them or if they do not have the actual card in their possession.
The will call is also automatically emailed and or faxed to the number/email address you entered when signing up the event. To review or update this information, simply login and click "Event Edit" on the event profile page. The will call section is at the bottom of the page. You may have the list faxed to up to three numbers, and email to up to three addresses.
If you are using a third party system to run your will call, you can download a data file with the customer purchase information and import the data into the external service.
