We are unable to manually change the name on will-call ticket orders. If you are unable to pick up your tickets, please follow these procedures:
- Make a photocopy of the original credit card used to purchase the ticket(s); For security purposes, you may black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photocopy.
- Make a photocopy of the original purchaser's ID.
- Provide these photocopies to the person picking up your tickets.
- The new person may now pick up the tickets
*PLEASE NOTE* Events for Twisted Productions require that only the credit card holder can pick up tickets at will call. Please make sure the credit card holder has a valid piece of picture I.D. and the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. A photocopy of either the I.D. or credit card will NOT suffice.
