Before contacting our Support Team, please check the following:
- Go to ticketZone.com
- Search for the event you purchased tickets to
- Locate the Delivery Method section
- If your event is WILL CALL - pick up at the event, you will not receive tickets.
- If your event is Print@Home tickets, Click Here to reprint your tickets or receipt.
