1. What is WILL CALL?
Will Call tickets are 'tickets' you can pick up right at the event prior to the show. You will not receive any tickets from ticketzone.com. You will receive a receipt with your order number upon completion of your order.
2. Where do I pick up my WILL CALL tickets?
You pick up your tickets at the event, before the event. Please refer to the event page you are attending to see the location of the event.
3. How do I get into a WILL CALL event?
The person who purchases the tickets must be present to pick up the tickets. You must have a Photo ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets to the event. Your receipt is not required, however, it is a good idea to bring it to the event in case a problem arises.
4. Somebody bought my WILL CALL tickets for me, how can I get into the event?
If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present a photocopy of their credit card and a photocopy of their photo ID to claim your tickets at the event. For security purposes, you may black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photo copy.
5. I cannot pick up WILL CALL tickets I purchased, what can I do?
If you cannot pick up your tickets, please provide a photocopy of the original credit card and a photocopy of your photo ID to claim your tickets at the event. For security purposes, you may black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photocopy.
6. Can I have my WILL CALL tickets shipped instead?
I'm sorry but we cannot change orders from will call to shipped delivery. You need to select the preferred shipping method at the time of purchase.
7. I can’t print the receipt for my WILL CALL tickets. Do I have to bring it?
A receipt is not required to pick up your tickets at will call, it may, however, be helpful as confirmation the order was processed successfully. You are only required to bring the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and your Photo ID.
8. Can I resell or transfer my WILL CALL ticket?
TicketZone operates a no refund policy. All ticket sales are final. Tickets and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All ticket purchasers have agreed to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that ticket sales are final and non-refundable before finalizing their order. 9. Twisted Events WILL CALL
ONLY the purchaser can pick up tickets by showing their valid government issued photo identification and the original credit card used for the purchase (no exceptions). Bank statements, photocopies, and other documents cannot be accepted. If you lost your credit card, are giving your tickets away, or need to pick up your tickets early, please see Twisted's FAQ or email them for information on how to obtain your tickets before the event.
