STEP 1: LOCATE YOUR ACCOUNT

- If you get an error message that reads: 'Whoops! There were some problems with your input. We can't find a user with that e-mail address.' PROCEED TO STEP 2
- If you get no error message, it means you have an account, check your email, and follow the directions to reset your password. Once completed, you will have access to your account again.
STEP 2: REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT
- Click Here to register for a new account
- Complete the Sign Up form, ensuring you use the email address you think you would have used to make your previous purchases.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click Sign Up
- You will now be in your ticketZone.com Account
- Click Here to view your Purchase History
- If you don't see your purchase history, you probably purchased under another email address. Please contact us so we can assist you in locating your purchase.
