If your order has been processed successfully it will show on your bank account or credit card statement.
TicketZone will email a confirmation of a successful purchase to the email input at checkout.
If you don't receive an email, it means your email was typed incorrectly or it was sent to your Spam folder.
You can also view your Purchase History to see if the order was successful.
