If you made a duplicate purchase in error, we will refund your duplicate order(s) as long as all of the following terms apply:
- All duplicate orders must be 100% identical (ie, they must be for the same event, the same event date, contain the same ticket types and final price)
- All duplicate orders must have been made under the same name
- All duplicate orders must have the same email address
- All duplicate orders must have the same billing address
- All duplicate orders must have been made on the same date
If all of these apply to your duplicate orders, please email us with the order numbers or the email address used to place the order and we will check all duplicate orders. If all of the terms apply, we will issue your refund.
