After placing your order you will receive an email to the address you provided at the time of check out. This email will contain PDF attachments of your Ticket(s) and Receipt. In addition, the email will contain links to click download your PDF ticket(s) and receipt; simply click the links and the files will download.
To Download PDF attachments:
- In the Message pane of Mac Mail hover in the white area at the top of the email
- You will see this dialogue appear:
- Click the paperclip icon
- Select > Save All
- Choose a location on your computer to save the files to
- Open your files from the location you saved them to
- Print your tickets.
Alternatively, you can save your email - Open or download your tickets at the event on your smartphone or tablet
- Show your smartphone or tablet at the event
- The event staff will scan your ticket on your device
