- Log into ticketZone account
- On the left side, hover over the CRM Icon
- In the menu, click on "View Orders" under "Order Management"
On the right-hand side, you can search within your orders by:
- Order Number
- Last 4 Digits of Credit Card Number
To edit an order:
- Click the "Show" Icon under Actions for the order you want to see
From this view you can:
- View the Terms of the order
- Resend the email containing the tickets
- Print or Download the tickets
- Begin the chargeback process
- View Customer's order history
