Decline:Your credit card information may not be entered correctly. Go back, and reenter the information. If you’re still experiencing this error message, please call your bank as there may be an error on their end.
Transaction Not Processed: Call your bank, or contact ticketZone at 1.866.760.8324 and someone will be able to help you out.
Cardholder name must be between 4 and 32 characters: This means that your account has been set up improperly. Our website automatically takes the name the account was created under to be the name of the cardholder. If you have used abbreviations, nicknames, etc. as your username, you will need to create an account with a full name for the transaction to go through. You can contact us to have your old account removed or deleted.
