If an event is canceled or postponed, please Contact Support with your refund request. We will verify the information with the event organizers and request a refund on your behalf.
If the event is canceled you will receive a full refund for the ticket. Refunds are not automatic, in order to receive your refund you must submit a request to the link above.
If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, fees and service charges are not refundable. You must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event date requesting a refund.
Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
