To pick up your tickets at will call, you must either present the original credit card you used or a photocopy of the card. If your card was lost or stolen, you may present any other official documentation verifying the original card number. This can be a banking statement with your transaction or a letter obtained at your local bank branch certifying the lost or stolen credit card number.
If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present a photocopy of their credit card and a photocopy of their photo ID.
If you cannot bring the proper documentation, you will not receive your tickets and will not be eligible for a refund.
*PLEASE NOTE* Not all events will accept photocopies so best check with us first. For example events for Twisted Productions require that only the credit card holder can pick up tickets at will call. Please make sure the credit card holder has a valid piece of picture I.D. and the matching credit card used to purchase the tickets. A photo copy of either the I.D. or credit card will NOT suffice.
