Box Office gives you (our client) the ability to process, refund, and manage sales for your event on the backend or while on location at the event. This is just a quick overview, please see the individual Support Articles for each Box Office function: Customer Service, Sales, and Admission.
How to Log in to your Dashboard:
- Sign in to your ticketZone Account
- Once at your Dashboard > Hover over the Dashboard icon in the upper left corner
- Select > Box Office
- In Event Search, type the name of the event you want service
- Select (click) the event you would like to service
- Once you see the event icon appear at the top of the page, you can choose:
