Most likely the 'Publish' toggle was accidentally clicked. You fix this by doing the following:
1. Log in to your ticketzone.com account
2. Locate the event
3. Click the Edit icon (pencil)
4. Under Event Details
5. Click Publish Event (make sure the toggle is blue)
6. Click Save
If your event isn't showing up in your account, use the filters by clicking the filter icon
- Change the Status to All Events (to view all of your events)
- Change the Date filter between "Upcoming" and "Past Events"
- Change the Approved to "All"
- Click the Filter Button
Once clicked you should now see all of your events, now go back up to Step 2 and proceed to re-publish your event.
